Make your observations count!
People are often surprised to learn just how much there is to be discovered about Ohio's amphibians. You can help us understand the distribution, occurrence, dates of calling and breeding, and habitat use of Ohio's frogs, toads, and salamanders just by sharing your observations!
You don't have to be a biologist to make an important contribution. Simply keep good notes about the amphibians you photograph or record calling (including where and when), then fill out the form below. Be sure to upload your photo or audio recordings so that your observations can be verified and cataloged for others to examine.
Not sure what you've found? Simply type "unknown" in the species box, and we'll do our best to identify the amphibian.
If you have questions or problems, please contact the webmester.
